Grades K-12
For the 2025-26 school year, the Mt. Morris Consolidated School District will be accepting applications for enrollment of non-resident students in Grades K - 12 in the State of Michigan’s Schools of Choice Program-Section 105/ Section 105c.
The application process is as follows:
•Enrollment Period: January 5, 2026 - January 23, 2026
•Applications will be available at Mt. Morris Schools Administration Office at 12356 Walter St., Mt. Morris or online at www.mtmorrisschools.org beginning January 5, 2026 through January 23, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Completed applications must be submitted to the Administration Office.
•A copy of the student’s behavior report for the 2023-24, 2024-25 and fall of 2025-26 school years must be attached to the enrollment application. Without a copy of the behavior reports, the application will not be accepted. If there are no discipline incidents to report, a letter from the school attended must be attached to the application as confirmation.
• Students who have been suspended, expelled or withdrawn in lieu of expulsion within the past two years may be denied enrollment as outlined in the State Schools of Choice Program-Section 105/ Section 105c guidelines.
• Applicants will need to bring a valid government issued photo ID and two (2) proofs of residency in the district where they reside.
• Transportation to and from school will be the responsibility of the parent.
• All applications and behavior reports will be reviewed; and parents will be notified no later than January 30, 2026.
